Owner/Bookkeeper
I started Audit Ready Bookkeeping in 2017 with a passion for bookkeeping and two clients. My vision was then, and remains today, to assist businesses, regardless of size, who do not have the time or expertise to maintain their finances, so that they can focus on the work they are passionate about. With over 20 years of experience in bookkeeping and accounting, I take an enormous amount of pride in my work and care for each client, and their company as if it were my own. I have an accomplished history in client satisfaction, customer service and office management, I look forward to the opportunity to help organize your books to get, and keep, you Audit Ready.
I am proficient in all desktop versions of QuickBooks, QuickBooks Online, MS Office, Word & Excel. I am also QuickBooks Certified, a member of the Tolland County Chamber of Commerce, and have an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau.
Erica Simmons
Bookkeeper
Erica joined Audit Ready Bookkeeping in September 2024, bringing over a decade of
experience in the bookkeeping field to her role. As a proud member of the American Institute of Professional Bookkeepers (AIPB), she is committed to upholding the highest standards within the industry while providing accurate and efficient financial management solutions for her clients.
Erica’s extensive experience includes proficiency in a variety of software applications, such as QuickBooks, Drake, Sage 100, and Microsoft Excel and Word. She takes pride in her meticulous attention to detail as well as her ability to streamline accounting processes to support business growth.
Understanding the unique needs of each client, Erica strives to deliver services that exceed expectations, ensuring that financial records are Audit-Ready and compliant. She believes that strong relationships, built on trust and open communication, are essential in fostering successful partnerships with her clients.
When Erica is not crunching numbers, she enjoys dragon boating, which keeps her grounded and balanced. She is excited to contribute to the financial success of businesses as part of the Audit Ready Bookkeeping team.
